George Hutchinson has been working in the local real estate market since 1973. He is a lifelong resident of the Greater Bridgewater area and is a 1964 graduate of the Bridgewater-Raynham High School. After high school, George joined the U.S. Air Force and served four years in Europe. Upon completion of of his military service George attended flight school in Florida and obtained his commercial pilot’s license and flight instructor rating. He worked as a flight instructor while attending UMass where he received a Bachelor’s degree.
In 1973, George joined his brother David at Briggs and Hutchinson Real Estate and began his real estate career. George has had many duties in real estate. He’s been a salesperson, Broker, Manager, and Vice President. He also became involved in starting a real estate licenscing course for Bridgewater State College where he taught a pre-licensing course for nearly 25 years.
George resides in Bridgewater with his wife Maureen and has two sons and two wonderful grandchildren. When time allows, George loves flying, golf, and reading.
