Tom Capelo has been a resident of Taunton for the past 30 years and is a graduate of Taunton High School. He then went on to earn a degree from the New England Institute of Technology. Tom has been a Realtor, property manager, and investor for 23 years. In addition, Tom is also a licensed contractor and brings a wealth of knowledge to clients that whether they are looking to purchase new construction or a home that needs renovation.
Tom is dedicated to providing superior service to his clients. He has extensive knowledge in dealing with all aspects of real estate transactions. He prides himself on customer service and negotiating the best deal possible for his clients. Tom does his due diligence on every transaction to ensure that each clients sale or purchase goes as smoothly as possible.
Whether listing or buying, Tom will work very hard to achieve a high level of service to help make purchasing or selling a home an enjoyable experience.
In his spare time Tom enjoys traveling, boating, skiing and spending time with family.
