      Attleboro, once nicknamed "The Jewelry Capital of the World," was incorporated as a town in 1694 and then as a city in 1914. The city has an estimated population of 43,837 and a land area of 27.8 miles. Attleboro offers residents two MBTA Commuter rail stations with service to Providence and Boston as well as the GATRA bus service. If you're looking to move to Attleboro you'll find a mix of single family homes and multi-family homes. While there are plenty of older established neighborhoods, there are newer subdivisions located within the city. The location of Attleboro offers great access to Boston and Providence via Route 95.
