The North Bristol County Association of REALTORS Community Service Committee recently presented a $1000.00 donation check to Home for our Troops.

For the 3rd quarter of 2013, we saw a minor decrease in the average sales price for single family homes that were sold and a modest increase for multi-family homes. Overall, sales are up!
