      OnJune 9, 2011 the REALTOR Community Service Committee (RCS)of the North Bristol County Association of REALTORS (NBCAOR)held its' 8th Annual Golf Tournament at the Back Nine Club in Lakeville, MA. The RCS is comprised of REALTORS and affiliate members of the NBCAOR. The primary mission of this committee is to plan and organize events that raise funds which are then donated to local groups and organizations within the community. The funds that wereraised in 2010 were donated to the YMCA Strong Kids day camp of Taunton and Attleboro, A Wish Come True, Pro-Home Inc., Special Olympics, Co-Op, Samaritan House, Our Daily Bread Food Pantry, and Homes for Our Troops.

      AsChairman of the RCS, I wanted to take a moment to thank the members of the committee who donated their time and energy to help make our 8th Annual tournament the most successful we've ever held! Members of the committee include Joan DeCosta, Diane Blais, Sue Schmidt, Jennifer Oldfield, Vicki Faunce, Dave Curtis, Dan LeBrun, Delores Kenney, Marty Desjardins, Joyce Ehrenzweig, Donna McKenna, Jessie Paquette, and Sandy Smith. CONGRATULATIONS and THANK YOUto all on a job well done!

      Along with our volunteers, we also need to thank the golfers who played in the tournament and the companies and individuals who eithersponsored a hole or donatedraffle or liveauction items.
